July is giving you many reasons to flex your sweet tooth and therefore it’s the perfect time for a Chef’s Compliments Cooking Lesson to learn how to make all your favourite sweet treats!

In case you didn’t know all of the below are being marked this July;

· It’s Ice Cream Month!

· 7th July is World Chocolate Day

· And the month will come to a close with International Cheesecake Day on 30th July

So whether you have a sweet tooth or not it’s a month to enjoy something on the sweet side and we’d love to teach you how to make some of your favourites with one of our cooking lessons.

Every one of our cooking lessons is unique just like each one of our clients! We will work with you to create your bespoke lesson plan so you can learn exactly what you want. You can let us know what it is you’d like to learn or if you’re unsure let us know your likes and dislikes and we’ll create suggestions based on this. If you have an idea on a theme we would also be happy to do this.

We deliver our lessons in two different ways; face to face or virtually. Either way you decide to have your lesson, the first stage for both is the same, consulting with us by email and phone to come up with your perfect lesson. The main difference in our two types of lessons is how they’re delivered.

Face to face lessons– You may have already guessed it but for our face to face lessons one of our chef’s will come to the venue for the lesson and teach you how to make your dishes in person. The chef will bring along all ingredients needed for the lesson and will also ensure that when they leave the kitchen is left as it was found.

Virtual lessons– We’re sure you don’t need us to tell you this but our virtual lessons are delivered virtually and by this we mean by a video link. To prepare, prior to your lesson we will let you know the ingredients you will need for the day. The great thing about our virtual lessons versus our face to face ones is that as many people can join via the video link and this can be from anywhere in the world as long as they have an internet connection!
