10 Aug 3 Step BBQ Chicken Marinade
The weather has cooled down and we think now is the perfect time to have a BBQ as your dinner party, as it won’t be so stifling standing next to a hot BBQ now! Plus there’s no excuse not to with our really simple 3 step BBQ chicken marinade recipe below!
What you’ll need;
1 pack coriander
1 pack flat-leaf parsley
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil
What you’ll need to do;
- Prep the ingredients by roughly chopping the coriander and parsley and crushing the garlic.
- Put coriander, parsley, garlic and vinegar in a food processor and blitz until very finely chopped. If you don’t have a food processor the herbs and garlic can be finely chopped with a knife then add them to a bowl and stir in the vinegar. Lastly, add the oil then stir and season.
- This mixture will coat around 500g of chicken breast or thigh meat. When ready, cover the raw chicken in the marinade, cover it and pop it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. The chicken will then be ready to pop on the BBQ!
